As a 9-year employee of CTCA. The culture has diminished from a stakeholder and patient positive to a more midline standard of care and employee relationship. But with all that said it is still one of the top companies I have ever worked for.

If you are just starting out as a nurse, it’s an ok job to start out with. If you are just starting out in the workforce it’s an ok job to start with, don’t expect to be promoted or much of a pay raise but the patients and some of the employees make it worth while.

It was an ok place to work. Nothing horrible, nothing great. No real room for advancement unless you knew someone there. Overall, the job was fine and doable.

Good place to work. This job as hospitalist can not be done remotely. This survey is asking a lot about working remotely which does not apply to this work setting.
